First attempt at working with oil revealed the need to transfer text from conceptual sketches onto the larger work. The poetry might be recognizable by anyone who speaks Romanian as it is the work of the quintessential author of the small balkan nation, Mihai Eminescu. An accidentally discovered blossom branch added representational elements to the otherwise abstract composition. Somehow things just fit. Silver point and silver leaf added reflective details to enrich the surface.
